The Spirit Of Bologna
The next chapter starts here. But the story of Malaguti, one of the great Italian motorcycle brands, began in 1930s Bologna, home to some of the finest cars and bikes the world has ever seen.
From the back of his repairs shop, Antonino Malaguti experimented with bicycles, before creating his first range of motorcycles. And by 1958 Malaguti soul was arriving on streets all around the world. In 2003, we even took to the track, racing in the 125cc World Championship and competing on courses such as Suzuka along the way.
Today, everything is different, but nothing has changed. As we celebrate 90 years of Malaguti in 2020, we know there’s an unmistakable spirit that brings together our bikes from across time. A unique heart, soul and energy that lives in each one, from the first off the line in Antonino’s workshop, to the new generation ready to ride today.
We call it the Spirit of Bologna.
